The Giants spotted the Yanks a five run lead featuring a gargantuan homer by Babe Ruth before roaring back with some long distance clouts of their own - two by Rap dixon and one by Oscar Charleston. Waxey Williams and ol' Ben Taylor each posted three hits apiece.
The series concludes Friday with Urban Shocker trying again to post a victory for the Bombers and Daltie cooper toiling for the Giants. The Hilldale Club arrives for a three game set over the weekend.
